Our summer began with a delicious week of slowing down after all the excitement of Liz's graduation from the Waldorf School.
Bananagrams
Teen magazines in innertubes with cute counselors from the nearby camp paddling by.
And more long afternoons and evenings of scrabble.
We needed this slow time because the summer sped right back up afterwards.
