A Hopeful Easter

We had a very quiet Easter. Nelson was in Florida visiting his Dad who had just gotten out of acute care and into the rehabilitation hospital.

Meanwhile, Liz got pneumonia!
This pretty much put me into a panic as she has a compromised lung from a cyst.
Happily with antibiotics she recovered fairly quickly.

So in between phone calls to Florida and Liz's doctor
we took a moment to enjoy the possibilities of renewal.

The Easter Bunny brought lots of goodness from Burt's Bees--a teen girl's dream Easter basket.

 We look to spring.

The light of the sun is flooding
The realms of space;
the song of birds resounds
through fields of air;
The tender plants spring forth
From Earth,
And human souls rise up
With grateful hearts
to all the spirits of the world.

So glad things are turning around for you. I still hold you in my heart and prayers. Blessings to all your family. Diana

I'm glad to read that your FIL is doing better after his accident. That looks like a fun Easter basket. I love anything made by Burt's Bees.
