I got to school today and discovered this squirrel created by Hels and her classmates. It took them all year. It will hold a 3 or 4-year old child and is a gift to the nursery teacher.
It took them all year and is completely made by hand. Isn't it sweet?
I think that it is a thing of beauty, made with loving hands and with intent.
It's just darned fantastic.
p.s. I, too, loved the expressions of concentration. Super.
Oh, this is sooo beautiful, what a wonderful project made with such love and care and creativity. Everyone here today is oohing and ahhing.
Very sweet. The kids are going to love that! Precious.

The children will love it!! It will be such a special, loved part of their classroom. What a really great group project, I am sure they are very proud.
what a blessing Waldorf education is. Your children are so lucky to be able to do it. The squirrel is beautiful.
It's simply darling. :)
This would be amazing if made by a skilled adult, yet to be completed by a class of children is beyond wonderful! I hope they are all duly proud...
That squirrel is the coolest thing ever!
What a beautiful work of art that squirrel is! That is certainly something to be proud of.
