7th Grade Work

Life in our household continues to be pretty busy with work. I've been in Washington, DC, all week so have no fun activities to share. I thought I'd share instead some highlights of Helen's work this year.

It was a great year! I think I need to find some frames.

What an amazing education your girls are receiving - and applying themselves to. Such a reminder to me that no matter which curriculum program we choose to keep up those notebooks. They are much more of a treasure and learning tool than filled-in workbook pages!

Well, you know what I think of Waldorf education, and this only confirms it. Hels had done some truly beautiful work here. And I can see immediately from the art that she is being nourished emotionally, spiritually, as well as intellectually. Some of those pictures absolutely cry out for framing!

Very beautiful.

But I could just cry that all kids can't have the chance to learn in this way.

Wow! What amazing artwork! I think these should have very special places to hang around the house, they are wonderful!

More exquisite work...the feet are just divine. I love looking at the lovely work you post and thinking about what we've got to look forward to. You've inspired me I must put up some class 3 and class 5 work from my girls!

What a lucky girl to have talent and opportunity to create art. Everything is lovely.

Oh NO! Blogger ate my comment!

Beautiful work Hels. Seventh grade is so rich. What will her class do next year? Will they combine with next year's seventh graders? Maybe I should send Amelia up there to board for eighth grade...I just bought a bunch of books for next year's HSing and I think I am getting more and more over my head!

Wow~ I am in awe, and a little green, as I know my Honey would thrive with Waldorf education.
It is just too hard to get into as a home educators...who can find the time for all that training?

Do get frames!!!
